Montabaur, August 31, 2009. The AdLINK Group today completed the transfer of its Display Marketing business to the Hi-media Group.
Following an ad hoc announcement on July 6, 2009, the sale of the AdLINK Group’s Display Marketing business to Hi-media was completed on schedule today.
The sale has made the AdLINK Group the largest shareholder of the French specialist for online marketing and micropayment. In future, the AdLINK Group will participate in the “Display Marketing” sector solely via its investments in Goldbach Media and Hi-media. In its operating business, the AdLINK Group will focus on the performance-based advertising models of its specialists affilinet (Affiliate Marketing) and Sedo (Domain Marketing).
